ETHIOPIA - Yirgacheffe ‘Gedeo Natural’ - 250g
With the ‘Natural Process’, the ripe coffee cherries are dried in their skins on raised drying tables for 15 days at the ’Gedeo Washing Station’ before being milled in the city of Yirgacheffe.
Floral aroma, with a natural sweetness and notes of blueberry.
BURUNDI - ‘Ntobo Farm’ - 250g
Super interesting processing is involved in the production of this coffee which undergoes splitting a dry and wet fermentation, AKA ‘Honey Washed’ During the first ‘Dry Fermented’ where the beans are stamped on like wine and moved around to increase the sweetness of the mucilage entering the bean before a second ‘Wet Fermentation’ using spring water. Medium body, rich flavour, honey notes and bright acidity
KENYA - ‘Thungari AA’ - 250g
This is a superb example of a top notch Kenyan Wet processed and sundried on raised beds this coffee has a wonderful aroma of citrus and butterscotch, a creamy full body with notes of blackcurrant ,orange cherry and honey.
