Grown on named micro lots, Honey processed coffee comes in 3 colours (yellow, red, black) depending on the length of time the beans are left to develop.
Red Honey takes 2 to 3 weeks to dry in the shade.
This Sarchimor variety has notes of creamy chocolate, smooth caramel and hints of hazelnut.
