Honey Process is a method of processing coffee cherries where the skin and pulp are removed.
Honey processed coffees are less acidic, sweeter and have a fuller body than the wet processed.
Notes of candyfloss, caramel, black tea and peach.
All of our coffee is freshly roasted on the premises. Its this fresh roasting counts and makes the coffee taste so much better!
