Honey Process is a method of processing coffee cherries where the skin and pulp are removed, but some or all of the mucilage (Honey) remains. The beans are then left out to dry prior to milling.
Honey Processed coffees are less acidic, sweeter and have a fuller body than the wet processed.
This Costa Rican coffee has a creamy body, crisp acidity with notes of caramel and grapefruit.
