JASAL Christmas Trilogy
These three El Salvador coffees are not only unique in their tastes, but unique in their specially designed coffee sacks that were hand painted by Oliverio, a resident of the farmhouse owned by JASAL. Each unique design was painted accordingly to the coffee and has been given to us with our MacBeans logo. One-of-a-kind bags! 250g of each coffee for only £20! (Not available separately)
Cerro Las Ranas
The San Francisco Farm, donated to the National Forest Association of El Salvador, is not only home to the coffee producing region, but is a preserve to a beautiful habitat of exotic plants and animal species, including a lagoon which is home to thousands of frogs (Ranas in Spanish).
A semi washed (honey) process. A clean and pleasant cup with sweet caramel aroma with intense chocolate notes.
Santa Rita Yellow Bourbon
From the Bourbon variety of coffee tree, this fully washed boutique coffee is a really important brand to JASAL for its uniqueness. A well balanced cup with notes of citrus.
Los Luchadors Pacamara
Meaning 'the fighters' after the hard work and effort the team at JASAL put together. A blend of washed and semi-washed large Pacamara beans produce notes of tangy mandarin orange, tangerine leading to a clean finish with hints of brown sugar.
