Maragogype Superior is a very large and rare, bean from the 'Finca Las Nubes' (Farm in the Clouds). A well balanced coffee with a rich body, but gentle acidity. Notes of chocolate, lime and lemon.
El Salvador: Los Nogalas 'El Roble' (The Oak)
Los Nogales ‘El Roble’ is produced by the JASAL family group which owns several farms and who are responsible for producing our Christmas offering of ‘Tres Reyes’. ‘El Roble’ is a washed coffee with tasting notes of blackberry, orange, pear, redcurrant. Crisp and well balanced.
