This exceptional coffee is named so, by the cuppers at Daterra who found it to have heavy floral notes. It consists of the Guarani variety, cultivated at an altitude of 1150 metres, which gives it its distinct sweet delicate aromas of lilies and jasmine. Pulped natural is a process where the skin is removed from the coffee cherry. This leaves the fruity mucilage still intact during the drying process, producing unique flavours and a much sweeter taste compared to other methods. Due to this process it produces a much higher quality product and is considered the best out of the whole Daterra collection.
