Daterra Villa - 250g
Villa is a coffee, but it tastes like a dessert: the caramel is very present right at the aroma, and in flavour, it becomes more tactile and reminds of dulce de leche and hazelnuts while also showing some citric acidity. The body is, of course, super velvety.
Tasting Notes: Caramel and hazelnut, a sweet finish and hint of citric acidity.
Process: Tree Dried Natural, Pulped
Altitude: 1000m - 1200m
Roast: Medium/dark

SMC Peaberry - 250g
Generally hailing form the Cabo Verde area in Minas Gerais the peaberry is formed when the bean inside the cherry fails to create two parts, it is often touted as getting extra nutrients and therefore performing better in the cup.
Tasting Notes: Caramel and hazelnut, a sweet finish and hint of citric acidity.
Process: Pulped Natural
Altitude: 950m - 1150m
Roast: Medium

Daterra Full Bloom - 250g
Full Bloom is a fine representation of the best that a 100% natural (dried-on-tree) coffee can be. As an espresso, it’s just as creamy as it sounds. On drip methods, it’s a rich and fruity cup.
Tasting notes: Rich and fruity with a creamy aftertaste, notes of stone fruits, blueberries and plums.
