This coffee is produced by the women of the CECANOR co-operative, founders of the Café Femenino movement, which was established to empower female coffee producers and promote equality within the industry.
Today, hundreds of women are involved in the project, working collectively to produce high-quality coffee while building independence and leadership within their communities.

Lovely coffee
A long time fan of Café Femenino but first time trying the Peru which I purchased alongside the Bolivia and Brazil Sweet Daterra, all of which are excellent.
Peru Cecanor has been used by us, both as a domestic coffee and as the coffee we use for the B&B my wife and I run. We have never had any guests who don't like it.
We were introduced to MacBeans when we had an excellent coffee in a cafe in Braemar and on asking the proprieter who was his supplier were informed that MacBeans in Aberdeen was his supplier.
Nice
